Hypnotherapy is a process whereby you as a client is placed into a very safe and relaxed state. You are fully alert and aware of your experiences. When in an induced trance (deeply relaxed), I work with your subconscious mind to allow and develop positive change to replace unwanted and problematic behaviours, beliefs, conditions and phobias.
Hypnotherapy does not 'put you to sleep' nor will I as your hypnotherapist be able to suggest a behaviour which your subconscious mind does not want to accept. Hypnotherapy is the link between your desire for change and your ability to sustain the wanted change in the long term.
