Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a technique  which is also known as Tapping, this technique can help with physical and emotional pain and discomfort.  It has roots in the art of acupuncture and is therefore developed around specific pressure points which are situated in the face, upper body and hands.

It is believed by some, including myself, that we are effected physically and emotionally by various activities and experiences we encounter throughout our day to day lives.  These experiences can in some circumstances cause blockages in our energy flow.  If you think back to a time when you started feeling aches and pains or a headache developed - this most probably was a result from taking on negative energy from your interactions and experiences.
