What is Counselling?

Counselling is a talking therapy, where you will be provided with a safe environment in which to explore your issues.  Counselling sessions are usually one hour in duration.

What issues can I bring to counselling?

I have been a qualified counsellor for over 12 years and have developed an approach which allows me to develop my counselling around the needs and requirements of my clients.  Areas I work with include:

What should I expect from Counselling?

Individual counselling is a 1:1 face to face session.

Couples Counselling is a 2:1 face to face counselling session.

All counselling session last one hour.

Online and telephone counselling also available.

I am a member of and work to the Ethical Framework of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
